The Site is owned by ROBERGE DESIGN aka Daniel Roberge. All of the content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, still images, text, pictorial works, video movies, still images of video, graphic designs, audio recordings, multimedia combinations, and computer programs, including web-based programs (“Content”) is owned or licensed by ROBERGE DESIGN or Daniel Roberge.

Advertisements for third-party entities are not considered Content for the purposes of this Section. However, these advertisements are owned or licensed by their respective third-party entities and are subject to protections similar to those set forth in these Terms of Use.

Pursuant to the copyright and trademark laws of the United States, you agree: 1) That you may only download Content that ROBERGE DESIGN designates as offered for download to any single computer a single copy of any Content for personal and noncommercial use; 2) To not reproduce, distribute, modify, re-post on another site (regardless of the server on which the Content is stored), or sell any Content without specific written authorization from ROBERGE DESIGN or Daniel Roberge; 3) To maintain any and all copyright or other proprietary notices embedded in or attached to any Content; and 4) To refrain from framing or mirroring any portion of the Site.

NO permission is given to copy any part of this site in full or part unless express written permission is requested and granted by Daniel Roberge, Founder and Creative Director of ROBERGE DESIGN. You (the user of the website) are NOT given permission to copy ANY of the content contained on/in this website including but not limited to HTML/CSS code, site layout, flash content, client project sample layouts/designs, logo designs, or text descriptions. Imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery. It’s better to create something on your own than to steal from others. Inspiration? Sure. Stealing? NO.

We will make every effort to protect our design creations legally, and will prosecute under the laws of the United States of America. We only request is that you appreciate what you see on this website and respect what it took to create it.
